Refund Policy

- We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit.
- For claiming a replacement, the customer must provide a clear video recorded at the time of opening the package, showing the damaged product.
- Damage claims must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours from the time the order is marked as delivered.
- Replacement orders will be processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over phone.
Cancellation
- An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product.
- If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
